2-1. I cannot click some buttons (buttons are disabled) in "ImageMixer™ 3 SE Ver.5" Launcher.

You can use [Save Files to PC], [Write Back to Camcorder], and [Export Edited Videos] buttons when the camcorder is connected to the computer.

Connect the camcorder if it is disconnected or not recognized by the computer.

2-2. I started "ImageMixer™ 3 SE Ver.5" but it does not respond or behave slow.

1. Check Specifications and system requirements if your computer meets the operating requirement of "ImageMixer™ 3 SE Ver.5".
   If it does not, the software cannot be launched or it takes long time to launch.
2. Exit other software running.
3. You must be authorized as an Administrator to use "ImageMixer™ 3 SE Ver.5".
   Check the user account.
