Check the following :
1. Have you installed "ImageMixer™ 3 SE Ver.3" ?
2. Have you turned on the camcorder ?
3. Is the camcorder powered using the compact power adapter ?
4. Is the USB cable connected to the computer properly ?
- Disconnect the USB cable, then restart computer and reconnect the camcorder with the computer in correct order.
- Try another USB port.
- Disconnect any USB devices other than the camcorder, keyboard, and mouse.
- If the camcorder is connected via an USB hub, connect the camcorder directly to the computer.
It takes a long time when importing many files in one batch or importing a large video file.
Before importing videos, exit from other software and if possible, exit from the resident software as well.
Processing speed may vary depending on your computer's configuration or on the content of the video.
Depending on the content, it may not be played back smoothly because of USB transfer rate limitations.
It is recommended to add these videos to the Library and play back.

"ImageMixer™ 3 SE Ver.3" cannot find files if, for example, the files are moved, deleted or changed names in "Explorer" after being added to the Library.
Select [Add Files to Library] from the [File] menu to add videos.
If you are using removable media such as a USB memory, save the video files to the computer in advance, before adding them to the Library.
"iTunes" is required to transfer files to the iPod.You can download "iTunes" from the Web site of Apple Inc.
Use "iTunes" to transfer the exported file to your iPod.

Before editing videos, exit from other software and if possible, exit from the resident software as well.
Select [Browsing & Authoring] in the "ImageMixer™ 3 SE Ver.3 Launcher" screen to write to a 8 cm disc. You can't write to a 8cm disc from [Create Disc].
It may be considered that the writing drive does not support the disc, or "ImageMixer™ 3 SE Ver.3" does not support the disc.
Check "What disc types are supported ?" and disc types supported by the writing drive.
You cannot write the disc whose content has been erased with the software other than "ImageMixer™ 3 SE Ver.3".
When using a recorded rewritable disc, insert the disc as it is and erase the recorded data using the writing options of "ImageMixer™ 3 SE Ver.3".
The number of characters which can be displayed in the menu screen is limited.The number changes depending on the characters used. Refer to the following as a guide :
DVD List: Approximately 15 characters, approximately 20 bytes
AVCHD List : Approximately 20 characters, approximately 30 bytes
You can write back the following videos as long as they have the same video format and video system as that of the camcorder.
- Videos saved on the computer from the camcorder with which "ImageMixer ™3 SE Ver.3" is bundled.
- Above videos which have been edited with "ImageMixer™ 3 SE Ver.3".
